The Domestic Violence Prosecution Center is a collaborative effort with the City of Vancouver and Clark County.  The organization prosecutes all of the misdemeanor and felony domestic violence cases within the City of Vancouver and Clark County. 

The Center has 4 full-time attorneys and 1 part-time attorney, all cross-deputized as assistant city attorneys and deputy prosecuting attorneys.  The Center also is serviced by 4 advocate positions, 2 paralegals, 3 other support staff members, a legal investigator and a Vancouver Police Detective.
