Community Services works with other agencies, jurisdictions, and the people of Clark County to plan and manage social services and to achieve a safe and healthy community. Most services are contracted to agencies providing direct services throughout Clark County.

Alcohol and Drug Treatment
The Alcohol and Drug Program contracts with various agencies in the community to provide treatment and treatment-related services for low-income and indigent Clark County residents.
Methamphetamine

Center for Community Health
Community Services is located in the Center for Community Health, which provides, under one roof, convenient access to enhanced social and health services for regional veterans and other community members.
Community Development Block Grant & HOME Investment Partnership
Clark County's Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and Home Investment Partnership (HOME) fund projects that develop or improve affordable housing, infrastructure, and public facilities.
Community Action
Community Action is a key provider for emergency needs and essential services including emergency shelter.
Developmental Disabilities
The Developmental Disabilities Program plans, funds, and manages local day program services for children and adults who have developmental disabilities.
Housing Preservation and Weatherization
The Housing Preservation and Weatherization programs assist low-income households with home maintenance repairs and modifications for increased energy-efficiency.
Mental Health
The Clark County Regional Support Network (CCRSN) coordinates public mental health services for people with mental illness who meet Medicaid eligibility guidelines.

Clark County Crisis Line: (360) 696-9560 or (800) 626-8137, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Additional mental health crisis services are available.
Veterans
The Veterans Relief Fund provides emergency relief for the area's veterans.
Youth Program
Many youth lack building blocks that are critical for healthy growth and development. Community Services plans and manages youth services that operate under a strength-based, youth-driven system of care.
