DWS – DRIVER LICENSE RESTORATION PROGRAM
Clark County’s Drivers License Restoration Program exists to help suspended drivers become legally licensed as rapidly as possible. Cost to attend the class is $75.00, this must be paid to sign up for the class. Fees can be paid in person by cash, check, money order or credit/debit card at Clark County Corrections, 707 West 13th Street, Vancouver, WA 98660, they can be mailed to: Clark County Corrections, P.O. Box 5000, Vancouver, WA 98666-5000, on the Web at www.clark.wa.gov/corrections/payments.html, or by phone at 866-636-3850 (you will need your ZZ number or your CFN number). PRIOR TO MAILING IN YOUR PAYMENT, PAYING ON THE WEB OR BY PHONE, CALL CORRECTIONS at (360) 397-2436, press 8 TO CONFIRM A CLASS DATE. However, you must have other issues regarding your license suspension taken care of first.

You should not sign up for this class yet if the following is true:
CHILD SUPPORT OWED - You are suspended for failure to pay child support. You must first contact your child support enforcement officer to work out a payment plan. We cannot work with you until this is taken care of and verified. Once this is taken care of, you should then sign up for DWS Class.

TICKETS OWED OTHER THAN IN CLARK COUNTY - You must have any unpaid tickets owed to other states, counties, or cities taken care of first. WE CAN ONLY DEAL WITH CLARK COUNTY UNPAID TICKETS. Once you have the other jurisdiction(s) taken care of, you should then sign up for the DWS Class.

OWE UNDER $500 IN CLARK COUNTY ONLY - If you only owe for unpaid tickets/FTA in Clark County and it is less than $500 you can fix this problem alone without having to pay for the DWS class and save the $75 fee. Contact District Court at the number listed above. If you have already been sent to collections, contact the collection agency, Alliance One, at 1-800-254-9917. We do make exceptions for some people who owe less than $500 – you must talk to the manager of the Corrections Education Program.
You are not to attend the DWS Class under the influence of alcohol and/or other drugs. Guests are welcome to attend based upon space availability. Children are not admitted. Staff reserves the right to deny admission to any of the above without a refund to any person.
