The DUI Victim's Panel is a community meeting where volunteers who have been victims, offenders, and witnesses give testimonies of experience they or loved ones have endured due to the actions of drunk or drugged drivers. The panel's focus is to encourage people to be responsible for their choices. Persons who are convicted of driving under the influence as well as other alcohol related offenses are mandated by the court system to attend one of these meetings.
Cost to attend the class is $75.00, this must be paid to sign up for the class. Fees can be paid in person by cash, check, money order or credit/debit card at Clark County Corrections, 707 West 13th Street, Vancouver, WA 98660, they can be mailed to: Clark County Corrections, P.O. Box 5000, Vancouver, WA 98666-5000, on the Web at www.clark.wa.gov/corrections/payments.html, or by phone at 866-636-3850 (you will need your ZZ number or your CFN number). PRIOR TO MAILING IN YOUR PAYMENT, PAYING ON THE WEB OR BY PHONE, CALL CORRECTIONS at (360) 397-2436, press 8 TO CONFIRM A CLASS DATE.
NO RESCHEDULES - only exceptions are Jail, Medical, or Death in Family (all with verification) **Know your schedule before signing up for a class**
If you attend victim's panel under the influence of alcohol, you will be subject to a breath test; you will receive a "Failure to Comply" and be returned to court. Guests (not court ordered to attend) are welcome based upon availability. Young children are not admitted.
