Commissioner Witteman is a long time resident of Clark County. After graduating from Oregon State University, and receiving a graduate degree from University of Oregon, he attended law school at Willamette University.
His career as an attorney provides a broad range of legal experience to the District Court. Prior to his appointment, Commissioner Witteman served as a Judge Pro Tem.
