General Purpose:
To manage, operate and market the Clark County Fairgrounds Facilities.
The Fair Site Management Group consists of 5 appointed directors. Two directors are appointed by the Clark County Fair Association and three directors are appointed by Clark County. One of the County appointments shall be a County senior staff member who shall act as chairman and shall vote only in the event of a tie.
Fair Board Directors meetings are held on the second Monday of each month.
