Contractors must telephone Fred Abraham (360) 397-2323 before 4:00 PM July 13th, 2010 for the first bid walk, or before 4:00 PM July 16th, 2010 for the second bid walk to be informed of the location of the pre-bid meetings, and be included in the site visitations. Space for the pre-bid high rail tour is limited and will be on a first come first served basis, so we ask you to send only one representative from your company. In the event you are unable to be on the first tour please consider the alternate date. |
