The Clark County Historic Preservation Commission (HPC) raises community awareness of the county’s historic and cultural resources and serves as the county’s primary resource on historic preservation.The HPC initiates and maintains the Clark County Historic Register and reviews proposed design changes to registered properties. The HPC consists of a minimum of 5 members appointed by the Board of Clark County Commissioners. Members must have demonstrated special interest, experience or knowledge in history, historic preservation, architecture or related disciplines.
