This Classic American Box form house is enhanced by sitting on a large raised corner lot. There is a retaining wall of cast-stone with piers flanking a set of stairs. The stairs lead up to the house’s large front porch which features square tapered box posts supporting open beams and rafters. Also projecting into the porch space is a polygonal window bay.

  • Listed on the Clark County Heritage Register in 1984.
