Benjamin and Emma Packard
Benjamin and Emma Packard were involved in prune farming, lumber, sailing, and ran a small business in downtown Vancouver. Before coming to Fruit Valley, Mr. Packard was a Port Commissioner in Astoria. In the 1920s, the house was passed to other family members as Benjamin and Emma moved into Vancouver.
