1. What is the phone number for the Clark County Crisis Line?
Crisis Services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week by calling the Clark County Crisis Line:

For emergency situations that require immediate response,
dial 9-1-1.
2. How do I file a complaint?
File a complaint or grievance with the Clark County Ombudsman, at (360) 397-6465 (Toll Free 1-877-397-6465). The Ombudsman can assist you with any problems and can also provide you with information about your rights, how to file a grievance, and other resources available to you.
You may also file a complaint or grievance with the Clark County Regional Support Network at (360) 397-2130 ext. 7854.

You may also call the Clark County Regional Support Network at (360) 397-2130 or (800) 410-1910 to receive a referral to a local mental health agency. The Care Management staff can help determine which agency provides the best services for your specific needs.
5. What is the cost of services?
If you have Medicaid, there is no charge to you for the services you receive.
