This park is integrated within the Eisenhower Elementary School campus in Hazel Dell, and is accessible to the public while school is in session. The park and the school were developed together as part of a partnership project with the Vancouver School District. Both the school and park opened in 2006. The park is also part of the Greater Clark Parks District program.
