NW 219th Street extension

In response to requests from the City of Ridgefield and the Port of Ridgefield, Clark County is considering an extension of NW 219th Street for the county’s 20-year road plan (“arterial atlas”).

Road planning process
Later this summer, the Clark County Planning Commission will consider the request to begin planning to extend NW 219th Street. The commission will then forward a recommendation to the Board of Clark County Commissioners. If approved by the Board of Commissioners, the planned extension will be included in the county’s 20-year road plan as part of the comprehensive growth management plan. Road projects must be included in the 20-year road plan to be eligible for public funding.
