Customer service

• Birth and death certificates, client check-in, drinking water and wells, food establishments, hazardous and solid waste (garbage), medical records and septic systems
  Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday:

Food worker testing

HIV testing

• HIV testing for men who have sex with men and partners
  Thursday: 5 p.m. - 7 p.m.
• HIV testing for people or partners who use injection drugs
  Monday and Wednesday 3 p.m. - 6 p.m.
  Friday: 3 p.m. - 5 p.m.

WIC (Nutrition and family wellness)

• Services now provided by Sea Mar Community Health Center.
