Traffic control permits

Contractors need to complete the form, attach a traffic control plan and submit it at least five working days before the start of construction for a lane closure and 10 working days before the start of construction for a full road closure.

The preferred method to submit applications is via email. Please fill out the form, scan it and email it to: TrafficPermitRequests@clark.wa.gov.

Below are tips for correctly completing the form:

• Construction dates refer to the expected start and end dates of construction.
• Permit dates are the expected period during the construction period when a traffic control permit is needed.
• Permit duration is the expected number of working days during the permit period when traffic control is needed.
