Current (proposed) listing for the 2015 Tax Foreclosure Sale
The only way to purchase property from a tax foreclosure sale is to participate in the annual auction, which is conducted through the internet by the County Treasurer’s third-party vendor. The Tax Foreclosure sale is typically held each year early in February. The 2015 auction is scheduled for February 3-4, 2015. Additional information and YouTube are available about bid4assets.

Prospective bidders should exercise due diligence when considering bidding on a property. The sale of these properties should not, in any way, be equated to real estate sales by licensed salespeople, brokers or realtors. The Treasurer’s Office makes no guarantee, expressed or implied, relative to the title, location or condition of the properties for sale.
