High school art classes and art clubs throughout Clark County are invited to paint your wildest dreams on a rain barrel (provided by Clark County). Completed rain barrels will be on display at the Recycled Arts Festival, the Water Resources Education Center, and the Clark County Fair! | |

Please note: the contest is limited to ten rain barrels. The first ten schools to register will be able to participate. Download full contest guidelines and how to enter here. The Clark County Clean Water Program will reimburse up to $25 for the purchase of new paint and/or primer. Download reimbursement forms here.

Watershed of Words writing and art contest *Note: The 2010 WOW contest is now closed to entries.* Each year, Clark County students are invited to take part in a creative writing and art contest for students in kindergarten through 12th grade. Winning students' writing and art submissions are published in a soft-bound booklet used to raise awareness in the community about the importance of protecting our water resources. Please check back to this website for official contest rules in the 2010-2011 school year. The contest will start in the beginning of the school year, and the deadline will be in December 2010.
