River Rangers is an award winning water quality education program that has been used successfully in Clark County schools since 1992.
Trained volunteers and professionals provide interactive classroom presentations using 18 large colorful posters:
- The water cycle
- How we use water
- Water conservation
- Surface water runoff problems
- Groundwater
- Wastewater treatment
- Household hazardous products (use, storage, disposal)
A take-home activity booklet and stickers for each student are included as well as a teacher information and resource packet.
